MUSCAT : “The Seismological Center recorded a slight earthquake in Wilayat Jaalan Bani Bu Ali, South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, with a magnitude of 3.3 on the Richter scale, at 06:54 am,” stated an announcement from the Earthquake Monitoring Center at Sultan Qaboos University (EMC).
The epicenter of this earthquake is about 54 km southeast of the city of Sur.
