MUSCAT – The agreement was signed by Salem bin Mohammed al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism and by Sayyid Mohammed bin Abdul Hameed al Busaidi and Sheikh Mubarak bin Ali al-Khalifa, members of the Board of Directors of Eagles Hills Muscat Real Estate.

The project, to be developed by Eagle Hills Muscat and managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, presents a unique architectural model of integrated tourism complexes in Shatti Al Qurum area. It includes a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 150 hotel, as well as 156 luxury housing units and recreational facilities. It offers competitive experiences in addition to contributing to direct job opportunities. The project is expected to be opened in the third quarter of 2024.
