MUSCAT: The Circular reads as follows: “In accordance with Ministerial Decree No. 299/2023, all private sector establishments are hereby mandated to implement the Wages Protection System.”
Effective from July 10, all private sector establishments are required to regularize their status in alignment with the aforementioned system.
