MUSCAT: The graduation ceremony was also attended by a number of Their Highnesses and honored members of the State Council, Their Excellencies, senior Royal Oman Police officers, and a number of officials from the educational, health and social sectors of the Dakhiliyah Governorate.
Speaking on the occasion, Lieutenant-Colonel Amira bint Muhammad Al Hadidiya, Director of the Women’s Police Institute at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences, said the generous patronage of the Honourable Lady is a clear indication of the care that Omani women enjoy. She explained that the Women’s Police Institute is the first pillar for training and qualifying new women police to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out police tasks and to develop and refine the professional and scientific skills and capabilities.
