MUSCAT: Indian School Sur celebrated Kindergarten Graduation Day with great enthusiasm. Mrs Mariam Hilal Almukhaini, Assistant Director of the Private Schools Department, Ministry of Education, South Sharqiya, was the chief guest of the programme. Mrs. Sheikha Hammoud Al-Ghailani, Head of the Early Education Department, joined her. School Principal Dr. S Srinivasan presided the function with the presence of SMC convenor Mr. Jami Srinivas Rao, Treasurer, Adv. Saeed T P, and Member Mr. Pradeep Kumar AV.
The event began with the invocation of the Almighty, followed by the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. Mrs. Nusrath, KG, and the Primary In-charge addressed the audience. Kindergarten Graduation is a significant life event and a wonderful way to acknowledge the child’s accomplishment and celebrate their learning.
Chief guest praised the graduates for their accomplishments in her convocation speech and said that completing kindergarten is an exciting milestone for pre-primary students and their first step towards a future full of possibilities. ‘The day represents a fresh start that gives their academic lives and the quest for knowledge and education new perspectives’, she added.

The smart little ones of the pre-primary school entered the stage during the graduation ceremony, which was the most significant event of the day. As they celebrated graduation, the kids looked stunning and confident in their caps and gowns. The audience burst into joyful applause as they were presented with scrolls of merit in front of their beaming faces. For the little ones, receiving their graduation certificates from dignitaries was happy and worth cherishing. Finally, parents and departing kindergarteners talked about their recollections and experiences. Bringing the event to a close, Alheena Sameer of UKG, offered the vote thanks.
