There were food counters from across Indian states, offering delicacies that included Haleem, masala pindi, malabar cutlet, and other savories and snacks. The highlight of the evening was the Sheer Khurma – a popular vermicelli based sweet dish made on the occasion of Eid.

The festive atmosphere was enhanced with spot prizes and a quiz show, conducted by Tufail Ahmed. Special arrangements were made for ladies wanting to adorn their hands with henna as well as face painting for children, which was undertaken by Jemima Zaheer.
