MUSCAT : The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning signed 30 contracts under the usufruct system for land in the agricultural sector in the Dhofar Governorate on Thursday. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Eng. Hamad bin Ali Al-Nazwani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for Housing, at the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning in Dhofar Governorate.
The usufruct contracts were signed with a total value of about OMR 1.05 million.
