New Indian School opens in Oman’s Duqm

MUSCAT : H.E. Amit Narang, the Indian Ambassador to Oman, officially opened the new Indian School at Duqm, marking the 22nd Indian school in the country.

The inaugural event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students, parents, and local government officials, highlighting the strong ties between the Indian community and Oman.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Narang stated that the new school at Duqm marks a major contribution to the welfare of Indian community, enabling them to thrive with families in Duqm.

He emphasized that this initiative will also contribute to the overall development of the region.

With 22 schools serving over 40,000 students, the Indian schooling system is an anchor of the Indian community in Oman, contributing significantly to the academic growth and development of Indian students and shaping their futures.
