MUSCAT : The CPA announced the closure of the two branches in the wilayat’s of Jalan Bani Bu Ali and Jalan Bani Bu Hassan due to customer complaints.
The two branches failed to ensure transparency, credibility, delivery of agreed services to consumers, and did not respond well to consumer complaints.
