Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person for running over a bicycle driver and fleeing the scene of the accident in South Al Batinah Governorate.
“The Police Command of South Al Batinah Governorate arrested a person on charges of running over a bicycle driver and fleeing the scene of the accident. The legal procedures are being completed against him,” ROP said in a statement.
