MUSCAT: Registration will be open until March 4, for both citizens and residents above 18 years of age.
As per the Ministry’s announcement, registration can be done by entering the civil number, the personal ID card, or the mobile phone number, provided the identity card chip and the SIM card is supported by the electronic authentication system, and the ID card is valid for registration.
